Replacement Policy

In case of any problem, any fault or any defect in the any personalised or non personalised products, it may please be returned to the place/address from where the The Gifting Era product is purchased.

If however, a valued customer of The Gifting Era product desires to exchange the same for any other reason, below stated The Gifting Era Service Centre may please be contacted. In case the customer desires to exchange the product with a product of higher value, the differential amount will be payable by the customer.

Please pack the product properly and seal the packet completely before handing over to the courier service provider to avoid in-transit damages. Also, use separate packets for items from different orders.

Upon evaluation of the reason for the exchange of The Gifting Era products our Service Centre will assist you in returning the product through a reliable courier service within seven days of receiving the product. Please note, courier charges shall be borne by the customer.

It may, however, please be noted that if The Gifting Era product is personalised or customised by the customer, it will not be eligible for return or exchange. Besides, the product received is damaged or broken condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.

All exchange claims will be ineligible if the customer doesn’t raise the exchange claim as per the Terms mentioned here.

The Gifting Era  reserves the right to accept or reject the exchange claim of customer post-inspection of the returned product. Exchange approved claim, replaced product will be shipped to the customer.
